Are you in the organic farming bussines? : Yes, I specialized in the organic cultivation of lettuce. I strongly believe that the sustentable development of the soil is necesary for the future generations.   Tell me about this plant in particular. : There re mny varieties of lettuce, is easy to produce, so you can eat it all over the year.   Very intersting! Why did you choose the organic farming as a way of life? : I was raised and born in my grandparents farm, they were produces of every kind of organic food, i always helped them. Thats how i learn this bussines up.   How is you lettuce plantation? : Not quite big, i dont have time enought to dedicate me to it. But i hope this would turn in a good bussines.   Are you up to the comercialization of organic lettuce? : Yes, in a small way. Just in organic fairs. This is your bussines only? : Yes, but in the future i pretend to get asosiated with a group of people who also work with organic products.   It is accepted by the public, the consume of the organic products? : Yes, more and more people come to these fairs and above all the places that are increasingly adapting to organic. I guess the awareness that we are trying to provide the benefits of this type of product is giving very good results, one might even say that the organic future is in our everyday lives.
