What is Mundinix? |
|
Mundinix it's a resource for travelling, for nightlife, property rentals and collaboration. Members have a lot of issues when travelling, so we commited to help them with informations, nightlife scheduled entertainment, tickets for concerts, raves, clubbing, and exploring the city. |

| Can anyone participate behind an internet connection? |
|
yes and no. we have informations that are readable by anyone, but a must that is required to write, collaborate and get a membership it's to meet at least another full member in person within a span of time. However, booking an apartment, event, or product, or adquiring a nixbond can be done online and bypasses this requirement which, in fact, it's not bypassed, but time extended, leaving the same premise intact. |

Is it mandatory for mundinix clients to be nightlife lovers? |
|
it's not mandatory. anyone can just book and rent properties when available. there are no special discounts for nighclubbers |

it was in the past, but we discovered that opening for both visitors and locals was a much better experience for everyone, so now we have amazing things going on like the ciex events, scheduled activities, events, but even more important, we're building a community with some interests in common, and that's why we added different categories for women Vesta, Oryx, Libellula and for males Carancho, Ynandu and Yaguarete. |

Every apartment we list has been selected and must accomplish several requirements Excellent location, safety, high speed internet connection, comfort and status. We cover a variety of cities; Buenos Aires, Punta del Este, Miami, Madrid, Ibiza.

Mundinix has some beautiful and unique products, some are for sale, but we do small limited series, and most of the time those products are gifts for our friends. We started doing this about 15 years ago before Y2k, but as anything else, we needed to improve this. It was too simple, courtesy wines and local souvenirs for our clients and friends. It was ok, but one day Roger said we need to do some small production of authentic exclusive products, and that's how everything started.
So we already launched a set of fashion purses, dolcenix (a special dulce de leche), and the unique bandeaux for fashion nights. Some of those objects are collectible, and we also support some fashion and glamour models because they support our ideas, we see them in the clubs, one thing leads to another, and then we aquired a fashion models agency.
The apartments rentals industry is highly competitive. More than that, it's complicated, and the online marketing it's very expensive. We needed to keep the prices competitive, so we modified our agency to promote mundinix and other branches and translate these savings to our friends and clients. |
