What do you do Violeta? : I'm doing professional bartending course.   Why are you interested in this course? : A few months ago a friend opened a pub and as often in my free time, prompted me to undertake this course so I could work there.   So before that, is not interested in mixology? : I'm always interested in the work of the bartender but never thought it could be one of them. The truth is that now I am working on another activity, I feel to be the best in this is the goal of life.   What are the beverages and the basic elements of a barman? : The main element that must have a great knowledge of this area, and a shaker apparatus, a glass mixers and spirits and quality ingredients.   What is the drink you think you do best? : Certainly Long Island Iced Tea. How is your preparation? : To prepare you need 3 / 4 ounces tequila, 3 / 4 ounces white rum, 3 / 4 ounces vodka, 3 / 4 ounces gin, 3 / 4 ounces triple sec, 1 / 2 ounce lemon juice 3 / 4 ounces cola. Then comes shake all ingredients (except cola) in a shaker. Strain into a glass and add a splash of cola, enough to give a pale brown. In addition, at the end, you can garnish with a slice of lemon.   Would you return to do a photo shoot for Premula? : Yes, when I finish my course we could do some good photos at the bar and thus have the opportunity to present my work.
